Learn about the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)
Please become familiar with the governing documents and protective covenants. The goal of the property covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) is to preserve, protect, and enhance property values within the Autumn Glen community. All AG residents comply with the deed restrictions listed in the CC&Rs. Since AG is a subdivision of Fleming Island Plantation, residents must also abide by the Fleming Island Plantation Master Homeowners Association (FIP MHOA) CC&Rs. The AG deed restrictions were put in place by the developer D.R. Horton binding all property owners to create a desirable place to live in Autumn Glen.
The Autumn Glen Townhome Owners Association collect monthly dues to assist with maintaining and improving the property. BB&T offers many ways to make a payment.

Note that payments received from a Bill Pay Service are not processed on the same day that funds are debited from your account. It is advised to schedule your payment for a date well in advance of the due date to avoid late fees. Please include the following:
