Autumn Glen is a deed restricted community, governed by an HOA, that consists of 220 residential townhomes within the master planned community of Fleming Island Plantation.

AG property owners pay monthly dues that finance routine exterior maintenance of: landscape, irrigation, stucco, paint, shingles, as well as the property management contract.

Autumn Glen is managed by a community association manager and the HOA is comprised of volunteer resident owners who dedicate their time and talent to serve on the board of directors.

All AG residents comply with property covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs).

Visual harmony matters to the owners of Autumn Glen so, please respect the CC&Rs and get approval BEFORE you make any changes to the exterior of your property. Remember, architectural review is a vital part of maintaining the aesthetics and real estate values in Autumn Glen.

Simply submit the proper forms and get approval before you install: fencing, satellite dishes, lighting, pavers, security cameras, screened porches, new windows and doors - to name a few!

New residents should visit the FAQ section to learn more about AG. Then be sure to check-in with the property manager. Keeping your contact information up-to-date is extremely important. 

After you have checked-in with the AG property manager, visit the Amenity Center to apply for your Fleming Island Plantation resident ID. The Amenity Center is located at 2300 Town Center Blvd. Hours of operation are: Monday - Saturday: 10am - 5:30pm. Call: (904) 278-8613 for more information.

Residents with ID will have access to: six clay tennis courts, two basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts, two covered pavilions, a children's playground, the lap pool, family pool and splash park.
