Governing Documents & Forms

For All Autumn Glen Residents

Please become familiar with the governing documents and forms listed above. The goal of the property covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) is to preserve, protect, and enhance property values within the Autumn Glen community. All AG residents comply with the deed restrictions listed in the CC&Rs. Since AG is a subdivision of Fleming Island Plantation, residents must also abide by the Fleming Island Plantation Master Homeowners Association (FIP MHOA) CC&Rs. The AG deed restrictions were put in place by the developer D.R. Horton binding all property owners to create a desirable place to live in Autumn Glen.

Architectural Review

Visual harmony matters in Autumn Glen. The architectural review guidelines apply to, but are not limited to: fence installation, satellite dishes, exterior lighting, paver bricks, extension of cement patios, cement painting, exterior security cameras, screened porches/lanai, storm doors, sliding glass doors, window & door replacements (and their color), garage door replacements (and color), gutters, landscape edits including removal of trees or bushes and/or landscape additions that were not part of the original landscape plan. 

Remember, all changes to the exterior of your property, whether decorative or structural in nature, MUST be approved first. Avoid fines and submit the ARB/ARC form to the property manager before you begin your project. NOTE: It is the property owner's responsibility to comply with all local and state regulations regarding permits.
