About Autumn Glen

Autumn Glen is a deed restricted, HOA, townhome community located within Fleming Island Plantation. AG property owners pay monthly dues that finance routine exterior maintenance and property management services. AG owners also pay a yearly CDD fee to keep the Fleming Island Plantation community a desirable place to call home.

The Autumn Glen property management firm is paid to manage the routine exterior maintenance, the finances, and the monthly dues collection. The quickest way to get questions or concerns answered is to contact the AG property manager by using the web form.

The AG Townhome Owners Association (AG HOA) is comprised of volunteer resident owners. These resident volunteers give their time and talent to serve on the non-profit board of directors. The primary purpose of the HOA is to:

  • Protect the property and its value
  • Provide for the maintenance of the common property
  • Enforce the restrictions contained in the governing documents

Residents are welcome to sit in on the monthly HOA board meetings. We look forward to seeing you!
